Company HIGANAS BOATS d.o.o. undertakes all measures to process the personal data only for purposes for which the consent is given and the individual’s unambiguous cancellation of the authorisation. Personal data is obliged to keep only in electronic form, for the duration of the contractual relations, until the arrangement and fulfilment of contractual obligations, the limitation of all receivables, or for the period for which the user has consented, if this is in accordance with the applicable regulations. For all business relationships, HIGANAS BOATS d.o.o. in accordance with tax and financial regulations and legislation and standards governing the keeping of books and the keeping of documentation, keep accounts and supporting documentation and data for another ten years until the end of the year to which the business relates. Company HIGANAS BOATS d.o.o. allows and grants access to collected personal data only to authorised persons of HIGANAS BOATS d.o.o. The contractual partners have access to the data solely for the purpose of maintaining and upgrading the software and the website, for compulsory collection (broadcast crew list at the Ministry of Tourism) or for the payment processing service and are obligated to respect the protection of personal data.
